The Process:
1. Let’s chat
We begin with a conversation to understand your vision. Tell us about the occasion, your team or recipients, preferred style or theme, timeline, quantity, and budget. From there, we’ll guide you through thoughtful options featuring curated products from Canadian small businesses and artisans.
2. Custom design & review
We create a custom gift concept for your review, complete with product selections and presentation details. Revisions are welcome to ensure everything feels just right. Optional branded elements such as custom boxes, ribbons, gift cards, or inserts can be added to elevate your gift and highlight your brand (please allow approximately 2–3 weeks lead time for branded items).
3. Approval & payment
Once the final gift design is approved, full payment is collected and we move into production. At this stage, you can relax knowing all details are taken care of — from sourcing and assembly to packaging and logistics.
4. Fulfilment & delivery
Your gifts are carefully assembled, packaged, and delivered according to the agreed timeline. From here, your role is simply to enjoy the positive feedback from recipients who feel genuinely appreciated — all while supporting Canadian makers and small businesses.
