We offer flat rate shipping across Canada and use reliable carriers such as UPS, Purolator, and Canpar. Delivery times are approximately 1–2 business days within Western Canada and 2–5 business days elsewhere in Canada.
As our gift boxes are made to order, please allow 1–2 business days for production before shipment. Orders placed before noon are typically shipped Monday to Friday, excluding peak holiday periods.
In select cases, same-day delivery may be available for some Southern Vancouver Island orders placed before noon, Monday through Friday. Please reach out to us directly to discuss timing and availability.

Fabulous! Heidi worked with me to create a custom gift for my mother's birthday.
